Turning a reporting requirement into a digital product
The objective was to support electronic violation reporting through a dedicated web application. The work brought together the reporting experience, the application logic behind it, and the records stored in the database—treating them as parts of one system.
Full-stack development across the application
I developed the web application using Next.js and connected the reporting interface to backend application logic and PostgreSQL storage. My work also included JWT-based authentication, bringing identity verification into the application flow. The scope extended across the interface, data layer, and authentication rather than ending at the visible screens.
A connected application, data, and identity layer
Next.js provided the application foundation, connecting the reporting interface with the logic that supports it. PostgreSQL provided relational storage for reporting data, while JWT supported authentication within the application. Together, these layers formed the technical foundation of a dedicated government reporting system.
