The project serves the Ministry of Energy’s branches in Hail and Qassim. Its core requirement was a dedicated website for issuing reports across three recurring periods: daily, weekly, and monthly. I translated that requirement into a web application that brings report issuance and data handling into the same product.

The website supports issuing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for both regional branches. These reporting periods form the core of the application’s scope, giving the project a defined operational purpose: supporting recurring reporting needs through a dedicated digital platform.

The implementation includes data storage and encryption capabilities alongside report issuance. This extends the work beyond the reporting interface to the handling and protection of the information behind it. The resulting application combines a specific operational workflow with the supporting data capabilities it requires.
