A voice room, then an economy around it
Mawj is a social audio app — voice rooms people drop into to talk, in the style of Yalla or Clubhouse. Beyond the core room experience (explore, speak, listen, manage a profile), it grew a full virtual-economy layer: a CP (points) system, purchasable recharge packages, custom room backgrounds, and a medals system for active users.
It's the largest Flutter codebase in my project list — each major feature (CP system, medals, recharge, custom backgrounds) has its own internal design doc, which is how a solo-built app stays maintainable as it grows past a couple hundred files.
Rooms, then an economy on top
Rooms
Explore voice rooms, speak or listen, manage a live profile.
Economy
A CP (points) system with purchasable recharge packages and a medals system for active users.
Customization
Custom room backgrounds on top of the default purple-gradient theme.
Platform
Flutter, targeting mobile and web from one codebase.
Grown feature by feature
Actively iterated — the CP, medals, recharge, and custom-background systems were each added as follow-on features after the core room experience shipped.
