The panel in front of the automation
This dashboard sits in front of a WhatsApp booking agent built in n8n. Instead of the operator opening n8n and editing workflow nodes by hand, the dashboard reads and writes the same Google Sheet the automation reads from, and can push prompt and API-key changes straight into the n8n workflow through its API.
The bot-training screen is the part I'm most glad exists: it lets the operator paste in a real exported WhatsApp conversation (no media), and the dashboard extracts question-and-answer pairs from it automatically for the operator to approve — instead of writing training examples from scratch.
Everything the operator needs, none of the n8n canvas
Stack
Next.js + Prisma + PostgreSQL, deployed on Railway/Vercel with automatic schema migration on every deploy.
Hotels & stats
Register hotels straight into the shared Google Sheet; the dashboard shows conversation, hotel, and payment counts.
Bot training
Q&A pairs, a banned-words list with replacements, and real WhatsApp export import for training data.
n8n integration
Edits the AI prompt and WhatsApp/OpenAI keys directly through the n8n API — no manual workflow editing.
Conversations, reviewable in one place
Live conversation logs — customer messages and bot replies — are stored and reviewable in the dashboard itself.
